Repair Work.

After making a visual inspection we determine if the effected area is in need of a repair or a replacement. If we need to replace the effected area: we remove all existing material to the wood deck

Gutters.

Installation of 5 inch seameless gutters to simplify the flow of rain water. We  install 3x4 inch downspots drainage for better water drainage.

Shingle Roofing.

Shingle roof replacement

Remove existing material to wood deck and install synthetic underlynments such as: Ice and water shield and synthetic paper

All shingles are installed to the manufacter"s expections with 6 nails per shingle for better wind resistance.

Siding

Vinly siding installation with synthetic paper

All of these materials are installed in specification to the  manufacter with metal (aluminum) flashing.
